Return Policy
At Lumina Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange items:
1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags/labels attached.
- Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Email us at luminabeautyshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- For faulty/damaged items, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For non-faulty returns, you’ll cover return shipping costs.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return email.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving your returned item and once it passes inspection.
- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
- Deductions: Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
- Report damaged/defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging.
- We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund immediately.
6. International Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
- Declare the package as a “returned item” to avoid additional duties.
