Return Policy

At Lumina Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange items:

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags/labels attached.
  • Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at luminabeautyshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. For faulty/damaged items, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For non-faulty returns, you’ll cover return shipping costs.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return email.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving your returned item and once it passes inspection.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Deductions: Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Report damaged/defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund immediately.

6. International Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
  • Declare the package as a “returned item” to avoid additional duties.
